This memory foam body pillow is a straight, rectangular pillow that measures 54 × 20 inches. It is long enough to hug through the night or to set behind you while you read or relax in bed. Adjustable Shredded Memory Foam Fill
On Standard Black, Green, and White, the pillow is filled with shredded memory foam that you can adjust. Unzip the pillow and take some fill out for a thinner profile, or add it back for a fuller one. Keep any fill you remove so you can return it later.
How to Use a Body Pillow for Side Sleeping
- Lie on your side and hug the pillow lengthwise, with your top arm and leg resting over it.
- Set it behind you to lean against while you read or watch TV in bed.
- Lay it across the bed to rest your arms on while you lounge on your stomach.
Removable Cover and Care
Each option has a zippered cover that comes off the pillow.
Remove the cover and machine wash it according to its care label, using a mild detergent. Dry on low heat and do not bleach. Wash the cover separately from the filled pillow, and follow the pillow’s own label before cleaning it.
Unpacking Your Pillow
Standard Black, Green, and White arrive vacuum-packed. After opening, press, fold, and squeeze the pillow to loosen the fill, then let it rest for 24 hours to recover its shape.
