Free Shipping Across the USA

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands

  •          Speed: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours
  •         Standard Window: Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing
  •         High Volume: During peak seasons or high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order is handled with care.

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

·         Estimates: While we strive for speed, please note that shipping times are estimates.  Actual delivery dates may vary based on your location, the specific products supplier, and unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently restrict shipping to the following locations:

·         Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. 

If you are in these areas, please inquire with us prior to ordering to discuss potential shipping arrangements and additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  Trufairs is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly entered address at checkout.  If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact ius immediately to attempt a correction before the item ships.

Missing or Damage Items

If your order arrives with missing parts or has been damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at sales@trufairs.com or 1-844-833-3267.  We will work to resolve the issue immediately. 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, we are here to help.  Reach out to our support team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
