Absolutely! We’ve partnered with third-party financing options like Affirm to make your purchase easier. While we don’t offer direct financing through Trufairs, we fully support your choice of third-party options.
Service will be provided in compliance with the factory warranty. Exchanges will be made only as authorized by the technician and provided that you have the original packaging.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
You have 48 hours to make any changes to your order. After that, once we send you the fulfillment email (usually 2-3 days after your order), changes can no longer be made.

Definitely! If you’re ordering more than 10 items, you qualify for our bulk order discounts. Orders of 10-20 items get a 10% discount, and orders over 20 items receive a 15% discount. Just reach out to our sales team before placing your bulk order to make sure the discount is applied.

Yes! If you place more than 10 orders in a calendar year, you become a Gold Customer. You’ll receive a coupon for a 7% discount after your 10th order, which you can use within the same year.
