  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

  • Some products may require 6–8 weeks for delivery, especially heavier items shipped via freight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Trufairs is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or outdated address. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at sales@trufairs.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
