Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. the shipping costs will be on you. In some cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer's restocking fee.

Note: Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined to be in good condition.

The Process to Return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Each request must include the original order number or purchase order, the number of items needed to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Make sure to include this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) on return labels or boxes. In some cases, credit will not be issued without an RMA number label or box.

RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.

Once the item is returned and inspected the Refund Amount will be processed and credit will be issued to the account. Each account will receive a credit Memo for the returned item(s).

Imp: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The Return policy does not apply to clearance items, special orders or custom orders.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page.

Notification Email:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method

Non-Return Policy:

We do not accept order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges if the items delivered are as per your choice and in the correct condition. Refunds may only be issued if there is an error on our part, and the product is received in a damaged condition.

Exceptions:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
