On Standard Black, Gold, Green, and White, the pillow is filled with shredded memory foam that you can adjust. Unzip the pillow and take some fill out for a thinner profile, or add it back for a fuller one. Keep any fill you remove so you can return it later.

Removable Cover and Care
Each option has a zippered cover that comes off the pillow.
Remove the cover and machine wash it according to its care label, using a mild detergent. Dry on low heat and do not bleach. Wash the cover separately from the filled pillow, and follow the pillow’s own label before cleaning it.
