This battery operated picture light runs on a built-in rechargeable battery instead of house wiring, so you can light a painting, print, or framed photo on almost any wall without an electrician or a visible cord. Every option includes a remote control for brightness and color temperature, plus an auto-off timer. Choose from five options across three lengths: Gold or Black 16-inch, Black 14-inch, and Brass or Black 24-inch.

Choosing the Right Size

  • 16-inch (Gold or Black): Sized for artwork around 16x20 and 18x24. For pieces 20x30 and larger, use more than one 16-inch light for wider, more even coverage.
  • 14-inch (Black): A compact curved-arm design with up to 350 lumens and stepless dimming.
  • 24-inch (Brass or Black): The longest bar, with the largest battery and the longest rated runtime of the three sizes.

Charging and Battery Life

As a rechargeable picture light, it charges through the included USB-C cable. On the 14-inch and 16-inch models, the magnetic light bar lifts off its wall bracket for charging and snaps back on afterward. On the 24-inch models, the 8000mAh battery detaches, so the light can stay mounted while the battery charges. Runtime depends on the brightness you choose; higher settings use the battery faster.

Light and Remote Controls

Each picture light with remote lets you switch between three color temperatures, from warm to cool white, and adjust brightness without reaching up to the fixture. The 16-inch remote works from up to 16 feet away and sets the timer to 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. The 14-inch and 16-inch remotes use infrared, so point them toward the light.

Installation

This cordless picture light mounts with screws: mark the position above your artwork, drill and set the anchors, secure the bracket, then attach the light. No electrical work is needed, but it does require drilling into the wall, so it isn't suited to spaces where wall holes aren't allowed.
