These adjustable shredded memory foam pillows are cooling bed pillows filled with shredded memory foam instead of one solid foam block. Zippered access to the fill lets you remove or return foam, so you can set the height and feel of each pillow separately. Every set includes two pillows in the size and cover style you select, each with a breathable, removable outer cover.
Choose from two cover styles—white covers with a green leaf print (Green Accent) or a blue leaf print (Blue Accent)—each offered in Standard, Queen, and King. All six options include the cooling feature; cover fabric and measurements differ by option, so compare the table below before you order.

How to Pick the Right Option
- Matching your bed: Queen options measure 20 × 30 inches and King options measure 20 × 36 inches in both cover styles.
- Standard sizes are not the same: Green Accent – Standard measures 20 × 26 inches, while Blue Accent – Standard measures 28" L × 20" W. Check this row if pillow length matters for your pillowcases or bed.
- Cover fabric: Green Accent covers are mostly polyester; Blue Accent Queen and Standard covers are mostly rayon derived from bamboo. The Blue Accent – King cover is a rayon and polyester blend without listed percentages.

How the Adjustable Fill Works
- Open the zipper to reach the shredded memory foam fill.
- Remove a small amount of fill to lower the pillow, or return fill you removed earlier to raise it.
- Close the zipper fully and shake or press the pillow to spread the fill evenly.
- Sleep on it for a night or two, then make further small changes if needed.
