This 10-12 person cabin camping tent with room dividers and a rainfly is built for large families and groups who need genuine separate rooms, not just extra floor space. Choose the 10-person or 12-person size, each in your choice of color. The 10-person size measures 18 ft x 9 ft with 2 rooms and 1 privacy divider. The 12-person size steps up to 20 ft x 9 ft with 3 rooms and 2 dividers, trading some center height (72" vs. 78") for the larger floor plan. Both sizes have a 1000mm water-resistant rating, include a rainfly and a carry bag, and set up in about 10 minutes. This tent is designed for car camping, group campgrounds, festivals, and backyard use — it is not meant to be a lightweight backpacking tent.

Room Dividers & Privacy
Both sizes use interior dividers to split the tent into separate rooms rather than one open sleeping area. The 10-person tent has 2 rooms separated by 1 divider; the 12-person tent has 3 rooms separated by 2 dividers. This is useful for splitting a group into sleeping zones, giving a couple or parents a separate space from kids or other campers, or creating a gear/changing area apart from the sleeping space.
Weatherproofing
Both sizes have a 1000mm water-resistant rating and include a rainfly for extra cover. The 1000mm rating measures how well the fabric resists water, so it handles typical showers well. In sustained heavy rain, performance also depends on a taut setup, seam care, and ground conditions, so pitch the rainfly fully and choose higher, well-drained ground.
Setup
Both the 10-person and 12-person versions set up in about 10 minutes. The tent packs into the included carry bag for transport and storage. Let the tent and rainfly dry fully before packing them away to keep the fabric fresh.

Large families, multi-family groups, and gatherings that want a stationary base camp with real room separation — think campground stays, festivals, reunions, and backyard sleepovers.
