A Dual Monitor Standing Desk Converter for the Desk You Already Have
This standing desk converter is a desktop riser: it sits on top of your current desk and raises your monitors, laptop and keyboard so you can switch between sitting and standing. Nothing mounts under your desk. Every model is black and includes a keyboard tray that rises in sync with the top surface.
It comes in three widths — 32", 36" and 42" — each with a pneumatic or an electric lift, for six configurations in total.
Pneumatic or Electric: How Each Lift Works
Pneumatic standing desk converter
Pneumatic models use a lift assist with a hand-operated height-locking mechanism that holds the surface at the height you choose. They adjust from 4.5" to 20" and do not need a power outlet. All three pneumatic widths hold up to 33 lb on the top surface.
Electric standing desk converter
Electric models use a motorized lift with push-button controls, so you change height without lifting. They need to be plugged in. The 32" Electric adjusts from 5.8" to 19.5" and holds up to 28.6 lb on top; the 36" and 42" Electric models adjust from 5.7" to 19.5" and hold up to 50 lb on top. The keyboard tray on the 32" and 42" Electric models is detachable.

The gap between the keyboard tray and the top surface is 3" on pneumatic models and 4.5" on electric models.
How to Choose Your Width and Lift Type

No outlet nearby, or you prefer a manual lift: choose a pneumatic model.

Heavier monitors and accessories: the 36" and 42" Electric models have the highest top capacity at 50 lb. The 32" Electric has the lowest at 28.6 lb.

Most surface area: the 42" models give the widest top. On the 42" Electric, the keyboard tray is 36" wide; on the 42" Pneumatic, it matches the 42" top.

Check your desk: make sure your desk can fit the base — 30" x 16" for pneumatic models or 27" x 16.5" for electric models — and support the converter plus everything on it.
Monitor and Laptop Setup
Every model is sized for two monitors up to 24" each, or a laptop next to one monitor. If you prefer a monitor arm, each model supports a low-profile C-clamp or grommet monitor mount.
Setup
Each converter arrives nearly assembled: place it on your desk and attach the keyboard tray. Electric models also need to be plugged in. For the 32" Pneumatic, setup is three steps: install the four rubber feet, remove the shipping tie, and secure the keyboard tray with four screws.
