Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers in the United States. However, shipping availability and times may vary depending on your location and the product’s supplier. Some products are not available in US Virgin islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Please read carefully before ordering. We may expand overseas shipping in the future.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
Shipping Time
- Products shipped from USA and are less than 50lbs usually deliver within 10 days. Shipping carriers for USA are UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS.
- Products shipped from China and are less than 50lbs usually deliver within 14 days. Shipping carrier from China usually Yun Express.
- Some products may require 6–8 weeks for delivery, especially heavier items shipped via freight.
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price and are based on the item's weight and shipping destination. We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Trufairs is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at sales@trufairs.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or outdated address. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at sales@trufairs.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Refund Policy
We would never want you to be unhappy! Please read the following terms prior to returning.
Eligibility for Returns
- The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The day you receive your order you have 10 days to request a return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Some products may be subject to a manufacturer’s restocking fee of 20-40%. Usually 20%.
⚠️ Note: Unauthorized returns will not be approved.
Return Process
- Send us a request using the form you can find on our Contact Us page.
- Approval & Instructions: If Accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Warehouse shipping address or Prepaid label along with instructions.
- Packaging: Please indicate the RMA number on your return label or box. It cannot be given without it.
- Tracking: We need tracking number for the return before the product ship back.
- Inspection & Refund: When the product arrive and inspection favorable, we will refund to your original payment method and generate a Credit Memo for you.
⏳ Please note we return the money back in due to your bank and/or credit card company policies on refunds.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Buyer’s Remorse / Cancelled Orders If you wish to return an item that is undesired or ordered by mistake, it can be returned for a refund.
- Request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Product pictures are needed before approval.
- Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fees (20-40%).
Exceptions - (Things that do not qualify for returns)
- We cannot accept returns but can replace damaged item on:
- Sale items, available to order products or personalized orders.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Toiletries (dermatocological products, hygiena range).
- Dangerous goods, flammable liquid or gas.
- Gift cards and sale items.
- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Upon receipt please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a flawed, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us and we will issue an RMA or replace the product.
Refund Notification
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be informed if your refund is approved. If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method.
