The slow-rebound memory foam core keeps its shape, so you choose height by rotating the pillow rather than by changing fill. Each wave pillow comes in a removable, machine-washable pillowcase with mesh sides, made with a fabric designed to feel cool to the touch. How cool it feels depends on you, your bedding, and your room. The Standard Blue and Queen White pillowcases are 100% polyester; the Queen Blue outer cover is 45% polyethylene and 55% polyester over a 100% polyester mesh inner cover. ## Butterfly Contour Pillow: Hollow Center and Removable Insert The butterfly contour pillow has a hollow center for your head and six contoured zones around it. Rotate it 180 degrees to switch between the high side (5.12 inches) and the low side (4.53 inches), or remove the bottom insert when you want a lower profile. It is filled with shredded memory foam, and the zippered pillowcase opens so you can add or remove fill to set how full and firm it feels. Fold, squeeze, and gently pat it to loosen the shredded fill, then let it rest for 24 hours before judging its fullness.
